  • Delivery Time - Due to potential customs delays we cannot guarantee delivery time for orders shipping outside of the USA. However, most international orders do arrive within 7-14 business days.
  • Duties, Taxes, Fees- Shipments sent outside the USA may incur duties, taxes, and other fees from the destination country. Compliance with local regulations & laws is customer responsibility. RejuvaHealthdoes not collect for taxes or duties and is not responsible for these possible additional fees. Shipment Liability

  • ● Customers accept title to goods upon parcel’s delivery to shipment carrier (either USPS, UPS, or FedEx).
  • ● We are not liable for packages that are lost, damaged, or stolen in transit unless insurance is requested.

In-Stock Orders

  • ● In-stock orders ship within 1 business day.
  • ● Orders placed Monday-Friday before 2:00 PM EST ship same day.
  • ● Orders placed after 2:00 PM EST ship the next business day.
  • ● Orders placed after 2:00 PM EST Friday and on weekends ship Monday.
  • ● Customers with a valid email address are provided parcel tracking information upon shipment.

Backordered Items

  • ● In the event an item ordered is on extended backorder from the manufacturer, a member of our team will contact you regarding the anticipated delay and assist with any needed adjustments to the original order.

Multi-Unit Orders from Mixed Brands:

  • ● Multi-unit orders consisting of a mix of available brands may ship in multiple packages.
  • ● Because we have distribution centers in several different states, these separate packages may arrive on different days depending on distance from their origin to your destination address.
  • ● Multi-package shipping will NOT affect the cost of your shipping.
  • ● If this is indeed applicable to your order, RejuvaHealth will provide you with the tracking numbers of all packages so that you can be assured of their shipment status.

PO Boxes

  • ● Excluding Medi brand items, orders sent via Standard Ground Shipping CAN be delivered to PO boxes.
  • ● Orders including Medi brand garments or express delivery, must provide a physical address.
